Intertwined

This is one of my all-time favorite paintings because I gave in and just painted from the heart. This painting unfolded layers of emotions during a really difficult time in my life when I was contemplating the unknown and swimming in layers of grief and sadness. But as the layers began to appear, so did my healing, and I found it so interesting how my emotions all danced and play together to create harmony.
