Succulent

When I painted at the succulent, it was deep in the winter in Colorado and the weather was stark, cold and bleak and I was craving green and calm and serene. So I painted this in efforts to bring a sense of warmth to my life. In reality this plant could fit into the palm of your hand, and I painted it larger than life to emote the feeling of natural world and warmth.
